  Wednesday March 23, 2016 - I strongly recommend you look at another appliance repair company. This company has no respect for the customer.
  
  I made an appointment to have our Ice Maker fixed. The technician was to be here at 9:00 am this morning to resolve the issue. At 11:00 am I called Riverside Appliances Office and was told that they couldn't come until late this afternoon or tomorrow.
  
  They lady on the phone was extremely rude, didn't seem to care that they failed to deliver on their promise.
  
  Will update this post with a recommendation for who to use instead of this company.
